Ever since I replaced the bearings and the rubber boot it will not spin on high. The washer fills and drains and washers great it just will not spin, it will rotat back and forth like it is unbalanced it will do that for a while and then the error code is UE but I only have a hand towel in the washer and I even tried it with a very light blanket.
@almaz2011 , Traci , Recheck installation and level machine and check rear flange (also called a spider) and shaft for washing machine drum for loose/bent/damage, suspension shocks/spring for weak, not connected/damaged, tub balance ring if equipped in proper location. The rotor interacts with the stator to create a strong electromagnetic field which rotates the tub in either direction. If the magnets on the rotor are damaged, or if any part of the rotor is defective, the washer may not spin. You did not state your exact model, I posted a link to a service/repair manual that may aid in helping you diagnose the issue as it has lots of good info in it on diagnostics,etc. you can also check the 2nd link if need different manual possibly.
