Chosen Solution
So my washing machine hasn’t been draining properly for over a week. I noticed it wasn’t draining to the main pipe which goes outside. It does however come out of the small black drain pipe at the front. Things we have done to resolve this *Removed the pump filter, removed anything in it (there were coins, fluff etc) Checked the pipes and they are clearPut back together , still didn’t work.Checked the sump pipe , I couldn’t remove it but I removed some bits from it eg twigs, coins.Tried running it again and it still didn’t work. My issue is the water is coming through the sump, into the filter and only coming out of the thin black pipe at the front, which indicates the sump is fine, as the water is going to the filter but only going through the thin pipe at the front. Does anyone know why??
Hi @joannewaite , Couldn’t find the service manual for the washer but perhaps this video may be of some help in checking if the pump itself is OK. If you need parts just search for Beko WMB71442S parts to get results for suppliers that suit you.
