Hi, Here’s a link to a parts supplier that may help. It has a video that shows how to replace the clutch assembly (aka drive pulley). If this is the problem search online for W10721967 to find suppliers that suit you best. it could also be a worn drive hub connection. (search online using the manufacturer’s part number to find suppliers of the kit that suit you). Either way you’ll have to access it to find out.
