Kenmore top-loader 110.20022014, likely made about 2010. Has been working well for years. Goes through Wash cycle OK and spins. Now fills to Rinse and then immediately empties without agitation, then spins. My well water psi is 20-40. I unplugged the washer and cleaned the washer entry screens… problem not fixed. I’ve read about a diagnostic and recalibration procedure but have not tried that yet. I am hoping it is not the electronic board replaceable for $250+.
Hi @sojourner815 , If you haven’t already got it, here’s the W10677676 Tech Sheet for the washer. Run the diagnostics as described in the sheet and check if any error code show up. If any do, their most probable causes are listed as well. If it is determined that the control board is the problem, according to this supplier the Whirlpool part number for the board is W10672907. Search online for W10672907 (supplier example only) to find other suppliers of either new or refurbished boards that suit you better.
