cturtlepro53 let us know what exact year your GC is. The Part Time warning light lets you know that the Transfer case i slocked. Check your transfer case shifter to see if it is part time or full time. If so, it is possibly a bad sensor which is located on the upper side of the transfer case, next to the selector lever.
