my side by side refregirator is not cooling for days. Both the freezer and the fridge isn’t working but i can hear the fun running when I close the doors. please help, what might be the problem
If freezer is not cold, then I would suspect the compressor is not running or is not compressing. Icing up would cause the freezer to be cold but not the refer. The fan just circulates the cold from the freezer to the refer. Icing blocks that flow.
