Hello! Is it possible to put PCIe/NVMe SSD in Late 2015 21.5” iMac 4K? Mine has a standard 1TB HDD which I’ve replaced with a 2.5” SATA SSD, but now I’m looking for an upgrade to double SSD build (Blade SSD combined with a 2.5 one). Is it possible to do this? I’ve heard non-fusion drive’d i’Macs (those with regular HDD only) don’t have the slot for a blade SSD.
Sadly, the PCIe/NVMe connector is not present if the system only is configured with a HDD at the time of purchase. So its not possible to add a second drive in your system.
