Hello all, when I plug my Wacom Cintiq 22hd in it turns on with a blue LED (indicating a video signal when there is none). It should be an orange LED. I have no screen on the cintiq however, the computer recognizes it and the express buttons still function. Any thoughts? Also, I can’t power down the cintiq for some reason.
@turtleman951 all of this sounds like a video board issue. You will have to take disassemble it and take a look at the boards. Bad caps on power boards can give you the same type of errors. Take a look at this video and see if it helps with the disassembly. After that post some images of your boards etc. with your question. That way we can see what you see.
