Speaker wires look good inside tv. Volumn shows its up and still no sound. Can you tell me what i can do? Ive been n the audio settings and im stuck. Can you help me?
You don’t specify a model number so a detailed response is not possible. Something to consider however… If you changed the settings to have the sound go to an external device, the internal speakers are often disabled in that setting. Check the settings again to be sure that you have not shut the speakers off. Try placing the TV in the “over air” mode where you see static on the screen and try the sound again. You should hear noise. If not, then there may be a problem with the audio amplifier circuit. With the model number we can walk you through the menus if necessary.
