My son 32in flate screen tv. Volume was working and then the next day. It quit you can hear it a little but you can not turn it up are down. On the satellite remote it was working and like I said it quite you can change the channel but no luck on the volume. On his tv you can’t even get it to turn up. Do please what can I do with out having to buy a new one
go to your tv enu with remote that came with tv. hit menu then go to sound and make sure it’s not set for external sound.
