Volume Was All The Way Up Pressed Volume Down Loud Pop Hasnt Worked Toshiba Television

Model number 55SL412U 12V. 60Hz. 1.2 Amps max TV volume was all the way up at 99, then my mother pressed the volume down button and it made a loud pop, hasnt worked since. The stand by light does come on. But nothing else. Screen is completely black. No sound or anything at all. Update (01/02/2023)

Hi @megan8 Disconnect the power from the TV and then remove the back cover from the TV and check the power board and the mainboard for any obviously damaged components i.e. blown or burnt looking.
