Hello, refound my shuffle after about a year and charged it up, plugged in the headphone and now I can’t increase volume, I can barely hear the music. Never had a problem before so thought fault lay with the headphones, bought a new pair and issue still there. Any ideas…..?
Trashed battery? Dirt in the contact pins?
