My volume control on the side got wet and Apple wanted $156 to replace it. Does anybody know how to fix this? Are their parts available for this repair? All internal volume works (with headphones & bose docking station), just external volume not operable…
Here’s the guide for replacing it, however iFixit does not carry the part.
