I replaced my iPhone 5c battery, but have encountered one issue only. When engaged, the mute button doesn’t disable the sound; neither of the volume buttons perform their function. When engaging the mute button, a visual would appear on the screen indicating as such, but doesn’t; same thing applies to the volume up & down buttons. While replacing the battery/ removing the cover, is there a cable which I could have dislodged from the logic board?
Maybe turning it off for a couple of minutes? A factory reset could work ? An antiviral app What websites have you been visiting ? Have you damaged your phone in any way ? Could it be a virus ?
