Please Help

Hi Wendy, theres 2 possibly scenarios. The first is damage to the volume flex, which is just under the battery. The second, if the battery was removed by prying against the motherboard, is damage to parts on the motherboard directly behind the SIM tray. Both can be fixed, but the latter requires someone experienced with microsoldering. If its the flex though, you can technically fix it yourself, but its much more in depth than a screen or battery replacement iPhone 5 Audio Control and Power Button Cable Replacement
