Chosen Solution
I have a new a20e. When i make or receive a call, the person on the other end sounds distorted and muffled. Its not every call but it is most calls. They can hear me ok but it sounds as thogh they have their mouth on top of a microphone and its so hard to hear them properly
Short in connection cable, Ear piece speaker is busted and needs to be replaced or clogged, ear wax etc…
