Chosen Solution
So I have. Vizio 55 inch 1080p smart TV. Model number E55-d0. It turns on and the whole picture blinks on and off every second or so. I’ve tried clearing the ram and resetting everything with no luck. I currently have the back cover off and don’t see anything wrong with the capacitors. But there is a small burn on one of the boards it looks like. If you’d like a picture of something specific or closer let me know thank you!
My TV has the same issue and when I researched it I learned it’s either the Power Port or a Led Strip causing it to Blink till it Automatically turns off. I’m Still working on it.
