I have a Vizio M55-F0 that has started acting up. The TV no longer displays a proper image but I have verified that both the LED backlight and the audio output is working fine. On wake up one of two things happen: Blank screen shows up but LED backlight is onMenu / Vizio UI image shows up but slowly fades away The video shows what happens when I press the Netflix button. The TV displays vertical bars. Other inputs generate other sequences of coloured lines. Hoping someone has experiences with such issues and can point me in the direction of a fix? Is it a bad t-con board, main board etc.Thanks!

@brokevizio since the menu still shows (before it fades away) I’d go with the T-con board first. But, since the menu does fade it could be the main board. Worst case would be the LCD driver board but that is unlikely. There are no schematics for this make/model so we are somewhat limited with these repairs to doing board exchanges. I would see if you can get one inexpensive second hand from places like ebay etc.
