Chosen Solution
After turning on my 2 year old Vizio e550i-b2 it works normally for about 4-7 minutes but then starts to make a buzzing sound for 30-60 seconds before shutting itself off. Does anyone have this problem or know how to solve it?
@jim_2077 could be caused by leaking caps or other components on the power board that get to hot and are starteing to “leak current” Remove the back of your set and take a couple of pictures of your individual boards. Check the board for some obvious damaged components. Post the pictures with yuor question so we can see what you see. Use this guide for that.
