My Vizio E370VLE tv won’t power on. I have 5.3v steady on pins 1-3. Good ground connection on pins 4-7. No voltage on 12v pins 8-10. If I have standby power, is the problem the main board? The two closeup pics are of the back of the power board (an led and the components under the brown spots.
LLC llc could be a power board issue since your board looks like it may be damaged. Your diodes D400 and D401 should not get that hot that you get burn spots on the other side. this board is the first PSU for your TV and has had revisions since then. You may want to consider a different revision if it fits your connectors. Check that first before moving on to the main board.
