My Visio E701i-A3 the sound and audio were both not working ! I replaced the main and got audio . Voltages seem ok on power bd . Screen has no menu and backlight seems on and dims a couple seconds then brightems again when pushing input ! From what i could tell I had no readings on gate , source or drain ! Possible fix with TCON ?
Brent Mason check to see if you have continuity on the fuse F101 on the t-con board. After that you want to check the voltage on it. Red probe to either end of the fuse black probe on ground. Meter in DC voltage on 50V scale should work. After that check the voltage on CN301 on the power board. Red probe on the VLED1+ and black probe on VLED1- and so on. Let us know what the voltages are. If you have no power on CN301 you know it is the power board. If you have power going to the LED’s it is most likely the T-con board.
