I have a Nikon Coolpix L820 that I bought when it launched. I didnt use it much as I had alternatives, but there was one incident when i had to record the video and i happened to hit the memory full on the card, to the extent that it was out of memory. From that moment, my camera never recorded video well, which was otherwise fine. I thought it freezes as the card speed is low, i upgraded to a faster card, i formatted everything, i updated the firmware, but nothing helped. I can not even record 10 seconds of video footage, the camera freezes. I now need this back in right condition, if anyone can help me with a trouble shooting technique, i’d be very thankful! I also have the same camera Coolpix L820 and mine is also malfunctioning. After I called the Customer care, I came to know that the company has stopped manufacturing the camera as well as its parts. So I am afraid that nothing could be done now and you have to look for some other alternatives
