I have the Ruko F11 Pro 4K GPS drone. All works fine except my videos and photos only show up in phone app and not on the micro sd card in drone. I have the Micro Center 32GB high speed 10 card that is formatted to FAT32 as required. When I power up the drone and connect to phone app, I never see anything on app display that indicates the drone is reading the sd card. What am I doing wrong? Beyond frustrated. Any suggestions?
Hi @tbodrone So there were no files in the Video Shortcut and captures folders on the SD card then? It seems that the drone can detect the card as it created the new folders in it from an empty formatted card but then won’t write the images to files in the card. According to the manual it places compressed video/camera image files on the card. Maybe try to reset the drone and check if that works. According to this link your drone is the same one as the one shown in the video. Unfortunately if I’m wrong you could brick the drone by installing the wrong software.
