I have the exact same issue on my MacBook pro 13” early 2015. I tried the following with no luck resetting smc, nvramSafe modeFresh install of macosRemoved the screen and webcam and speakers connectors(ive read somewhere that it might be an issue withe webcam)Apple diagnostics shows no issuesRemoving the battery altogether . It is worth mentioning that A while ago the battery started misbehaving and i noticed some corrosion on the battery connectors (on the battery small board) so i completely removed the battery. The trackpad and keyboard stopped working at that time as well, so i replaced the flex cable and it is up and working again. ——————- using TG Pro i can see all sensors showing “normal temperature” around 45 degrees C but the mac is still running really slow. (The a activity monitor shows 75% cpu usage by the system) Any ideas what could be the issue ? Or what else i can check ? Thanks EDIT1: Attaching some pictures of the battery and its status on coconutsbattery

@Med Abida - What is your SSD? Is it the original Apple or a replacement, Also the size and how full.
if you tried all of those things, it could be a case of a loose/broken pin of a cable. the sluggishness could be a case of… a… virus :(. hope this helps :)
