Hi there! So, my poor iPhone 6 was accidentally dunked in water earlier today. I cleaned it off and dried it immediately, and left it with some dessicants for a few hours. Now, everything’s working perfectly except for flickering in the display of the left side. I’ve turned it off and put it back with the dessicants around it to dry out some more, but I’m not sure if this is the sort of thing that can potentially be fixed by drying out or whether I need to fix something internal. TIA!
Power off and do not charge. Desiccants do not repair liquid damage. There is still liquid inside the device and if you want any chance of saving it, take it to a repair shop for diagnostic.
