I opened my Macbook Air and it has vertical colourful lines on it and they won’t go away. I tried plugging it into the TV and nothing came up just a black screen. Is this a graphics card failure?
Ouch! Looks like you have a twofer! First the display assembly has a problem which is why you are seeing the lines and and white segment at the bottom. But, that’s not the only issue at hand! Your logic board has also failed! If I didn’t know better I would suspect this system got a good bath with something (liquid damage)
