Hi I bought a Samsung TV curved 50” 2 months ago and now I’ve got a vertical line around 4 cm on the left side of the screen…it comes when I watch any video/film, but if I am on the main menu or setting it dissapears. Has anyone had the same problem? Have I pressed something on settings and or is it something about the cables or so? Thank you ==
This is a problem internal to the TV. Since it is only 2 months old, do not attempt any repairs. Initiate a warrantee service call which should result in the TV getting fixed or exchanged. Dan
