On the Galaxy S5. Weird stuff happening. When I get an incoming phone call I can’t answer it until I close all APs and restart the phone. I’m thinking I just need to reset my phone, perhaps to Factory Settings? It says that backups are too my email address but how can I view my backups to know that all my contacts are backed up before resetting my phone?
