Van will not roll in neutral,drive or reverse while van is running almost feels like brakes are locked up and it will jurk like it wants to go, but if you turn van off and key is turned on but not running then put in neutral it will roll what does that mean
It could be low on hydrolic transmission fluid. Check fluid while idling .
