Hi @April Taylor Just confirming that the 3 prong wall outlet is a 240 V AC supply installed for the combo unit i.e. 2 x 120V active wires, each supply separately fused in the power box and a Neutral wire and not that it is the standard household 3 prong outlet of 1 x 120V active, 1 x Neutral and 1 x earth Note: At least one of the 120V power supplies to the wall outlet needs its own fuse. The other 120V supply can be connected to the same fuse as the other wall outlets in that area of the premises Here’s the user manual that describes the electrical connections - see p.7 that may help.
