Using Left Hinge With Wifi Cable From A1465 Macbook Air 11 Mid 2011

Can I use Left hinge with wifi/camera cables from the A1465 (MacBook Air 11 mid 2012) ? Or they are not compatible? Maybe video camera models are not the same. If so, can I buy a new camera from MacBook Air 11 mid 2012 and replace it in my MacBook Air 11 mid 2011 to make it compatible with the hinge?

Apparently the A1370 screen screen from between 2010-2012 are all compatible.
