Whenever I attempt to do the user agreement on my DSi, it ends up giving me the following message : “‘‘Communication error. For help, visit support.nintendo.com Error code: 312010’’ I need answers ASAP please! Thank you all.
I forgot that I had proxy on. Check to see if proxy is on, and if it is, turn it off. Then try again. It should work then.

Delete the internet your using and make it again and it should work
