Hey ifixit community Is there anyway if I could find a smaller display and connect it to an old broken phone’s motherboard and use that phone as a small camera or a webcam? Are the connectors of mobile phones so different from one another ?
Rudradev Arya, To be able to help better, we need more information. The more information you provide, the easier we can help. How to ask a good question on iFixit. Different phones usually (>99%) different screen connections, that’s just the way the technology world is done. You could source an old phone’s screen and use that, as that’s about the only way to get it going.
