I have a Plantroonics RIG Surround headphones and knob, but for some reason only on my laptop (Lenovo G50-80) I can’t get both speakers working in the headphones (only left side and microphone work) when plugged with the USB cable that is meant for PC, but it work perfectly on my sister’s laptop (I think it’s an old HP 15T, has an i3 5005U), are my USB ports underpowered? And how can I fix it? Both laptops are running in custom full performance profiles

Since you only have one side that does not work, check the cable you are using and check another USB port. This appears to be a signal isue not a power issue. Try and check your USB port with some other devices as well.
