I bought a micro usb to usb 2.0 but the system won’t recognize it. How can I fix this? Cannot find any help on RCA support site.
I had the same problem. All you need to do is jump over to the guest account and then back to your main account, problem solved. All USB will be functional again, including the keyboard. However, if you shut down, or restart the tablet, you will have to do this again to restore USB functionality.
