Hello, I accidentally split water on the right part of my mac - Immediately turned it off, dried it upside down after removing residual water for 3 days. After that, I took it to an Apple service centre that essentially told me that my laptop worked at the moment and may “stop working” anytime after 4 months. I also noticed that my right-top USB-C port is dead and my right speaker has a grainy noise between 400-500Hz. When I called back, they told me that the entire top-panel including the keyboard, touch bar and the trackpad has to be replaced for the speaker to work (an apparent side-effect of the water damage) and motherboard has to be replaced for the USB-C to work. Does that sound reasonable? I am considering going to another service centre but I’m not sure that would help. Also, if there are any tutorials on how I can fix this issue myself, I would make an effort to try. Model - 2018 Touchbar Thank you

Sadly Apple only does major modules (one of four assembly parts!). The speaker is an easy repair, The USB-C port assembly its self can be replaced, but the logic is part of the logic board which is most likely what dot the worst of it. Sounds like you need to find an independent shop who has the skills to fix your system or you’ll need to give it a go!
