I’m looking for a new replacement USB-C connector for my iPad Pro 11 inch 2020, but the part available on Ifixit is for the 2018 & 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 and only the 2018 iPad Pro 11 inch. Can the USB-C connector for sale on Ifixit also be used on the iPad Pro 2020 11 inch model? Model number = A2228.

Yes, it can. Replaced one on A2228.

I just replaced mine actually. It’s the same one. Same part number and everything, even though the part description didn’t mention the A2228 as compatible.

Yes, I did replace it myself. It wasn’t terribly hard… The worst part was removing the old adhesive for the screen before putting the new adhesive on. I had no connectivity for charging or anything else.
