My Mac Book Pro letter N was not working. I took it to a repair shop in Heckmondwike - they repaired it. Since the repair it does not hold it’s charge and other letters are now slightly sticking. I went back and they say it is nothing to do with what they have done!!!!! I am so angry. I need it to work for my job. The mac book pro is less than 2 years of age and was working fine, other than the letter sticking, before they got hold of it. Now I have to charge it up everyday and because it is flat, have to enter my passwords each day and put the date in too. This is totally not acceptable, also the letter S works intermittently. It has also slowed down. I want somebody trust worthy, to get it back to the peak condition it was in, before these cowboys got hold of
