Anyone know whats up? I can control the fan speed from software, amd all of my censors are fine. I’ve tried SMC and PRAM resets already. This started happening today. I did also reseat the fan assembly few times just to confirm it wasn’t just a bad connection. 3,1 Mac Pro
Probably a bad temperature sensor. If you can control the fan speed with applications like smcFanControl, TG Pro, or Macs Fan Control I personally wouldn’t bother trying to fix this.
