Is it possible to use the MacBook Pro SSD and use it for my primary boot drive for my macbook air? I am planning on replacing the MacBook Pro with an Aura Pro X 1TB drive, replace the MacBook Pro’s OEM SSD in the MacBook Air, and use the 120GB ssd from the MacBook Air in the Envoy Pro enclosure as an External SSD.
Yep, since the OWC Aura Pro X SSD supports both MacBooks you have you can do all that no problem. You might even be able to boot that SSD on the Air without needing to re-install MacOS.
