Is there any way I can upgrade the hardware on my iPad 4 Gen Wifi? No matter how many times I do a software update, it stays at IOS 10.3.3., would putting in a better logic board do it? Can I bump up the resolution on the display? And can I also upgrade the camera to take better pictures? The iPad 4th gen has a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 1.2 front facing camera, so I just want to take better pictures. And last one for the day, can I upgrade the storage? Right now it has 16GB, so would it be possible to move up to 132 GB?
No, all of this is not feasible. It’s all locked down by apple. Sure you could probably get it upgraded to 128GB but that requires someone that is willing to transfer and reprogram the NAND chips which is hard to find.
