Upgrade Mac Mini Late 2014 To 2Tb Ssd Mac Mini Late 2014

I bought my mini used already updated to 250 gb ssd. I want to upgrade or add a 2tb ssd. Is there anything I need to look for to do this? Are there specific ssd to be compatible with this model mac? Can I upgrade the RAM anymore? I have EMC 2840. 2.6 i5 8gb RAM.
