My phone said it had an update. The update has made continuous ERROR messages appear. They are telling me app.s. Have stopped working. How do I fix this?
Try wiping the cache partition in Recovery Mode • power off your device. • Then press and hold (at the same time and for a few seconds) the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons. • Release the buttons only when the recovery environment is displayed. • In recovery use Volume Up and Down buttons in order to scroll up and down and the Power key to select. • Select “Wipe Cache Partition” • Select Reboot Phone If this does not resolve your issue, backup your data (i.e. photos etc), and select Settings –> Backup and Reset –> Restore Factory Settings.
