i have a galaxy grand neo plus. i tried installing a system update, the update installs up 96% and it just writes error and reboots and jams at the same stage of installation. what should i do. im stranded
Hi @ndothi You should try following solutions: Remove SD Card - if it’s installed - press volume down and power button for over 10second - your device will be restarted - Then you can try install update again If the problem still ocures: Restart your device to the recover mode and wipe cache partition of device - Then try update again If still ocures: Turn back your device using Factory reset You can also try to install update in safe mode.
