I would check the large screen connector for either damage on the ribbon cable, or any of the black foam that surrounds the connector being trapped inside the connector. Secondly I would try another screen to see if the problem persists. The slow boot time is caused by the damaged home button and front camera flex. Worst case is you have damaged Something on the logic board either from the drop of whilst changing the screen.
