I just replaced frontcamera and sensor and my iPhone touch is not Worning…. Update (05/30/2020) Okay so the problem was the screen connectors.
Get a magnifying glass and check the connections to the screen and clean them with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush. Make sure that any filters were no accidentally knocked off when disconnecting the screen. Did you disconnect the battery before unhooking the screen connections? Make sure you disconnect the battery first. Makes sure the connectors on the board don’t have any damaged or bent pins.
