Chosen Solution
I was trying to download Madden 20 but then I got the unrecognized error so after a couple more tries I turned the ps4 off later on I turn my ps4 on and the unrecognized disc is gone and the button to eject the disk is broken so I press the options button on a different game to remove the disk but the option to remove the disk is gone what should I do
Research: manual cd eject button somewhere on the console I have Xbox one and it’s a very small button located on the front right by the remote sensor.
