I have taking my ps4 apart to see why it wasn’t reading disk and now when I boot it up it sounds like the rollers are trying to bring something in and tells me unrecognized disk while no disk is inserted.
Sounds like either the laser is dirty or the disc sensors are. Open it up and make sure that isn’t the case. Hope this helps!
