I have just replaced the click wheel and button, but the unit still will not respond. It will power up and sync when connected to my pc. When ejected, it wants to know which language I am using.
Hi, make sure that the grounding pad is in place otherwise the click wheel and button might be unresponsive.
Ah, Ross, that is exactly the problem I have. Did you fix it? Crisb - what is the “grounding pad” please? Is it the blue sponge? I have tried the business card trick, but with no luck…
