second phone not charging, checked lead and phone on another socket and all OK Checked base phone on 2nd base and not charging. Could it be the base? How do I check or where can I get another one.
Hi @sendhelp Since you have two phones, I would suggest you to swap around and see if charge on the main base station. If the second one does not charge, check on the power adapter, ensure it is giving the correct voltage. You can feel the adapter outer casing. It should be warm.
